I have a document that have two different sections that require data that
comes from an Access database. I don't believe that I can use the mail merge function to merge data for these two different sections. What would be the best way to get the information from Access into this Word documents? Any suggestions? |

Hi ?B?UHJvZmVzc29yIFdpc2U=?=,
I have a document that have two different sections that require data that comes from an Access database. I don't believe that I can use the mail merge function to merge data for these two different sections. What would be the best way to get the information from Access into this Word documents? Why do you say you don't think you can use mail merge? If this is a normal Word document containing section breaks you should be able to insert merge fields and execute a merge. Are you protecting the document as a form? Which version of Word/Access is involved?
