When you choose to view tracked changes in a document "by author", sometimes
word chooses the same color for both authors. (Yes this is happening to me right now.) Sometimes WORD chooses different colors, but one doesn't print well - like yellow for example. A person should be able to select priorty colors, first user: green, second user: blue, third user: red . . . then maybe auto-select for anything over three. I have posted this before and received instructions on how to chage color of edits in the options menu. Not helpful! Don't want all insertions to be one color and all deletions to be another. I need to use the "by author" function. Thanks. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
