I'd like to do something similar to Excel, where you can print just the cell
comments of a document, as a guide for reading the document. Is there a way to do that in Word? I see the option in print setting for "fields codes" under the options of the print dialogue. I also see there's a "print what" option called "list of markups". Is that the simplest way to go? -- Boris |

Hi Boris
You don't mention what version of Word you have. If you have Word 2003, then do File Print. In the "Print what" box, choose "List of markup". "Markup" = comments + tracked changes. If you have tracked changes in your document, and you just want to print the comments, then hide the tracked changes before printing. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
