I am working on a instructional manual in which I am copying & pasting
"screen prints" to insert as graphics. I am concerned that the file is getting too large using this process. Can you suggest another way to include graphics that wouldn't use so much memory? |

You can save the graphics as files, then link to them. This doesn't save
total disk space, but it does keep your document size down. On the other hand, you have to remember to preserve all those files when you back-up of move your document. "Sherry" wrote in message ... It does (theoretically) save some space if you use the same graphic more
than once. But supposedly Word compresses embedded graphics, so there may be a tradeoff. -- Suzanne S.
