Default How do I limit the number of lines of a response to a question?

I am trying to create an application but limit the user's length of response
to each question to a space about 3 inches high. How can I do this?

Use a (borderless) table cell of fixed dimensions to take the reply.

Disable auto resizing and set the row height to an exact amount.

Default How do I limit the number of lines of a response to a question

Set the width from table autofit fixed column width
Set the height from table table properties row specify height to an
exact figure.
