I couldn't set my Word page setup in 32x39 cm with this margins:
Top: 1.5 cm, Bottom: 1.5 cm, Left: 1.5 cm, Right: 1.5cm |

The margins and page sizes you can setup are a function of the printer
driver and not Word.
