Default Copying windows

I am trying to write an office manual - I know there is a way that you can
copy pop-up windows (eg the spell checker) into the main body of the text,
but cannot remember how. Any ideas...?

Default Copying windows

Make sure that the window that you want to copy is currently selected.
Press ALT+Print Screen key on the keyboard, this will copy only the selected
window to the clipboard and not the entire screen.
