i need to print one label that is on the middle of the page in 2007. i want
to print the one lable on a label sheet that is partially used so i have to print it towards the bottom. how do i do this thanks |

What version of Word are you using - that should always be mentioned in any
request. There are about 8 varieties in play right now and answers can vary form one version to another. We know nothing more about your circumstances than what you tell us. In Word 2003, for example, use Tools Letters & Mailings Envelopes & Labels, Labels tab. Click the option or Single Label, then specify the column & row position of the label you want to print on. (If necessary, click the Options button to select the type of label.) Click Print. Word 2007 has the same function, but it's accessed from the Mailings Tab of the Ribbon. Click Labels in the Create Group & proceed as above.
