Hi, I have a problem with office word 2007.
In "print layout" or in "full screen reading" I cannot see any text, and any text i type in these 2 modes will not display either, but when i switch to the other 3 modes, "web" "outline" "draft" they work perfectly fine. I was wondering if anyone knows how to resolve this issue My software specs a Office Enterprise 2007 (home use program) Windows Vista Business Edition 32bit Traditional Chinese. Thanks |

good point to check, but i checked and it wasn't white.
I could see the line break right at the beginning of the line, so that suggests to me that in those 2 modes the text is really not there at all. This is really troublesome for me and I'm thinking of reverting back to office 2003 because that never caused a problem for me. i've narrowed it down to the problem lies in that "print layout" mode
(default mode) and "full screen reading" mode will not correctly display some of my chinese fonts that are chosen by default when you create a new office document. If i switch fonts then the text will show up. The other modes will display them just fine, and this problem was not in office 2003 or previous versions either. Of all the chinese fonts that came with Vista, only 2 were able to be displayed in "print layout" mode, but all the chinese fonts were able to be displayed in the "web", "outline", "draft" modes. I think this is a bug with either office 2007 or Vista. "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: Is your text formatted as Hidden? -- Suzanne S.
