The 'safest' option is to conditionally insert the field and the space when
the field has content, and this applies to all Word versions e.g. {IF {Mergefield Fieldname} "" " {Mergefield Fieldname}"} See http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm and http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org GS wrote: I am just beginning to use Microsoft 2007 and I can't fain the option that allows me to delete a space when a field is blank. can anyone help? |
