I am adding formatting codes to material that I am transcribing into braille.
Find and Replace identifies the indent, and I can REPLACE the paragraphs with the code, but I want to PREPEND the code to the appropriate paragraphs. |

In the "Replace with" box (of the Find and Replace dialog box), have you
tried typing the text to insert and then typing ^& (which represents the found text)? That should do what you want. Note that you may want to test this on a copy of the document first (in case I misunderstood your request). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "braillepro" wrote: I am adding formatting codes to material that I am transcribing into braille.
