The "Tools" on my MS Word Toolbar has disappeared. How do I get it back?

that you don't need the Tools menu to get to Tools | Customize. You can get to it by: 1. Double-clicking on the empty area of any toolbar. 2. Right-clicking on the menu bar or any toolbar and choosing Customize. 3. Choosing View | Toolbars | Customize. 4. In Word 2002 and 2003, clicking the arrow at the end of a toolbar and choosing Add or Remove Buttons | Customize. -- Suzanne S.
