I'm going through a Word document and highlighting part of the texts which I
want to keep. Is there any way to only select the highlighted text? I'm using Word 2003. Thanks a lot in advance. June |

In the Find dialog, check the box for "Highlight all items found." Then
click More to expand the dialog and click Format; select Highlight. Click Find All. With the Find dialog still open, click the title bar of the document (to return focus to the document window without deselecting the text) and press Ctrl+C to copy the selected text. Paste the text into a new document. -- Suzanne S.
