I took this straigt from MSFT website.
{MERGEFIELD "MktVal" \# $####,0.00} If I get a negative value, I get $- 123.45. How do I change this so I get either -$123.45 or ($123.45) Thanks! Phil |

Use { MERGEFIELD "MktVal" \# "$,0.00;($,0.00)" }
