I'm having a strange problem with a mail merge to file folder labels. I'm
running Word 2003 on XP PC's. When the data is "Merged to a New Document" and then printed everything is fine, but if I "Merge to Printer" the merge works, but all of the "merged" data has a grey background. The background color is only the size of the data element on the specific label. The printer is a HP 4050. Does anybody have any ideas on this? Thanks, Steve |
