Default Fonts look smaller

Just last night when I went to use my word document in Times Font 14 as usual
the text size appears tiny - more like 6 or 8. If I open old documents they
appear fine. I have tried to use an old document nd then save as but the
appearance immediately goes small again. I have tried by doing a repair and
dectect and also downloading any updates but neither had an effect. It is
word 2003.

Any idea's would be appreciated.

Is the text formatted as superscript/subscript? Or is it simply the zoom
that is wrong? Change the zoom setting -
