In Word2003, you make a pdf through the Print dialog: Ctrl-P (not the
toolbar Print icon!), select Adobe Acrobat as your printer, and "print" your document. It'll first try to save it in "My Documents," or you can navigate to where you want to put it. You can do that - but you get more facilities by using the add-in toolbar
buttons to create PDF files. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org grammatim wrote: In Word2003, you make a pdf through the Print dialog: Ctrl-P (not the toolbar Print icon!), select Adobe Acrobat as your printer, and "print" your document. I don't know what that means -- more than are available through the
various "Options" and "Properties" buttons within Acrobat? The add-in provides functions from Word that are not available simply by
printing to the driver and not available from the printer driver setup eg the behaviour of links in the document. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org grammatim wrote: I don't know what that means -- more than are available through the various "Options" and "Properties" buttons within Acrobat? In addition to my earlier reply, you should make sure your version of
Acrobat is compatible with your version of Office. For example, you need Acrobat 8.1 or later to use the Acrobat toolbar add-in in Office 2007 applications.
