Default Lost PDFMaker toolbar in Word

Okay; I read previous threads on this here and tried people's suggestions,
but nothing worked. I do not have a PDFmaker*.dot file anywhere on my PC.
How can I get that/those template(s), if that is what I need in order to get
my PDFMaker toolbar back? I don't see any templates on my Acrobat Pro CD. I
am using Acrobat Pro 7 and MS Office Word 2003.

I do have the toolbar in Outlook, but not in Word, and it was not disabled
in Outlook.

Thanks for being here!

Acrobat 7 and later don't use pdfmaker.dot to create the PDF toolbar,
but instead use a COM addin. See
http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowled....cfm?id=330984 "PDFMaker
is unavailable in a Microsoft Office application (Acrobat 7.0, Acrobat
3D on Windows)".

That article will help me figure this out, I am sure. I did see that an
add-in was not enabled in MS Word, and I enabled it and got a partial
toolbar--but have not gotten the full toolbar yet. Will figure it out using
that

Thanks for the quick response!
