I am running office 2003 and Word will not recognize any mouse clicks, allow
me to highlight or edit any text. This is driving me crazy. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and even done that with my os which is xp pro. I've also tried upgrading to 2007 but the problem remains. I've tried repairs and all kinds of things with no luck. I would be eternally grateful if someone can resolve this. I cannot find any solution online it seems. Thanks. |

Does the mouse work in other applications?
Is the mouse wired to the PC or wireless? Start by updating the mouse driver. If you have a wireless mouse, try a wired one ( or change the batteries). -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Esanders wrote: I am running office 2003 and Word will not recognize any mouse clicks, allow me to highlight or edit any text.
