Default same thing on the last page in a template

I'm creating a template that needs to have the same wording on the last page
of each document, but not on the previous pages. Is there a way to do this
without creating a section break that would make this wording stand alone? In
other words, I need the last section of the template to appear with the last
part of each document, not on a sperate page.

Thanks!
