I created a document in Word 2000. Saved as I wanted it to be saved and
decreased the security level to Medium to allow to enable macros. The document contains "text boxes" for customers to fill in info. I lock it and protect it. When I send to myself it acts as I intended and I can tab to all check boxes and text boxes and fill in as I want. But when I send it to others in my office they open it and it is in design mode and cannot fill in the text boxes or check the check boxes. You click on one of the text boxes and it frames it as if you were in design mode. I want to be able to send this form out to customers to have them fill in the info and send back. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it? Please help. |
