Default configuration process at start up

Keeps running configuration process at start up. Seem once would be enough.

You may want to try logging in as Administrator; that might enable the
installation process to complete properly.

On the other hand, if you are using Word 2007 and Word 2003 on the same
computer, see the "Hacking the Registry" section of the article at
http://www.gmayor.com/Toolbars_in_word_2007.htm.
