I work in some older Word documents that often have a quotation mark that is
straight up and down like this ". However, when I am actually typing in the document now and hit the shift quotation key, I get curved quotation marks like these . How do I reassign the type of quotation mark I want to appear when using that key? Someone did this for me before and I have forgotten the steps. Thanks! Val |
