I edited a 3 column Word 2002 table created by someone else with no problems
& saved into new version. Another user made yet another new version and edited the same table. Suddenly, in the middle of the 20 pg table, about 7 rows appear to be a separate table. This was evident becuase (1) I could see the selection cross symbol at the top left hand corner (2) the column sizes wouldn't line up and (3) the header stopped. The user denies doing anything wrong. What could possibly have happened to cause this problem? (copying, dragging?) I tried to remedy the situation by splitting the tables and then deleting the para mark did NOT fix this problem. I had to copy separate table info and then paste it into the top table. Any ideas would be appreciated |
