I have several autotext entries that consist of credentials for
letterhead (several returns followed by a name, title, phone number, and email). When one of these autotexts is inserted in teh document it does not appear in the proper format. All the letters are shown on top of each other. So, instead of Microsoft Word being written out it would appear as a jumble within the first character. The letters completely overlap, but are still present - when using backspace it holds there until all characters are removed. I am running Office 2003 on XP Pro. All updates are current and I have uninstalled and reinstalled office. Any suggestions? |

What Font? Arial? If so, then remove Arial from your Fonts folder and then
re-install it. We periodically run into that problem. Not sure why. -- Dawn Crosier Microsoft MVP "Education Lasts a Lifetime" This message was posted to a newsgroup, Please post replies and questions to the group so that others can learn as well.
