I have Word 2003. I just learned how to use the Comment feature but can't
seem to find any online documentation on how to format them. When I add a comment the initial text that shows is "Comment [HAC1]:", with the cursor right after. I can't delete that section and can't seem to figure out how I can go about removing that. I just want the comment bubbles to contain only my comments, nothing more. Is there a way to do this? |

There is no documentation that will tell you how to remove that part because
you can't. If you want the comments to be anonymous, you can check the box for "Remove personal information from file properties on save" on the Security tab of Tools | Options. -- Suzanne S.
